Who we are
ElevateTok (elevatetok.com) is a TikTok Shop consultancy run by Shahzad. If you have any questions about your data, email shahzad@elevatetok.com.
What data we collect
- Newsletter signup — your email address (and your name, if you give it) when you subscribe to receive the TikTok Shop Launch Checklist and occasional practical emails.
- Consultation bookings — your name, email address and anything you share when booking through Calendly.
- Enquiries — anything you send to shahzad@elevatetok.com.
We don't collect payment details on this site.
How we use it
- To send the checklist and the emails you signed up for.
- To arrange and run consultation calls.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To understand, in aggregate and anonymously, how the site is used.
Email marketing
Our newsletter is managed through MailerLite. Your email is stored securely on their systems and used only to send you what you signed up for. Every email carries an unsubscribe link — one click and you're out, no questions asked. We never sell your details, and we never add you to a list you didn't ask to join.
Consultation bookings
Bookings run through Calendly, which processes your name, email and booking details under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (for example, remembering basic preferences). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how it's processed, and withdraw your consent at any time — via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing shahzad@elevatetok.com. We'll respond within one month.
How long we keep data
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted. Booking and enquiry data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose, then deleted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
